Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reporter cum Anchor located in Ranchi. The responsibilities include gathering, researching, and reporting news stories, hosting news segments, preparing and delivering scripts, and ensuring all content adheres to journalistic standards. The role also involves collaborating with the production team to create multimedia content and providing on-the-ground reporting as necessary.
Qualifications
- Reporting and News Writing skills to provide accurate and engaging news coverage
- Strong Communication and Writing abilities for delivering information clearly and effectively
- Experience or knowledge in utilizing Multimedia tools and editing to create appealing content
- Knowledge of current events and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- A degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Hindi is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and handle on-air responsibilities with confidence
