Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reporter role based in Panchkula. The Reporter will research and gather information on assigned topics, conduct interviews, and verify facts to produce accurate news stories. Daily responsibilities include writing clear and timely news articles, collaborating with editors, and adapting stories for multiple formats where needed. The Reporter will monitor local and regional events, maintain professional relationships with sources, and may support basic multimedia content such as photos or short clips to accompany written reports.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Reporting and News Writing skills.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills.
- Candidates should possess basic Multimedia skills for working with images, video, or audio.
- Ability to research, verify information, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ethical judgment, and commitment to accuracy.
- Comfort working on-site in Panchkula and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
