Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workday Report Writer to design, develop, and maintain reports within the Workday platform.
The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reports that support business decisions, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Report Development & Maintenance
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports including:
- Advanced Reports
- Matrix Reports
- Composite Reports
- Dashboard Reports
- Create and manage calculated fields based on business requirements
- Optimize report performance and efficiency
2. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business users to gather reporting requirements
- Translate business needs into technical reporting solutions
- Provide insights and recommendations based on report outputs
3. Data Management & Accuracy
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports
- Validate report outputs and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Maintain data governance standards
4. Issue Resolution & Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests
- Provide ongoing support to business users
5. Workday Release & Compliance Support
- Participate in Workday releases by testing and updating reports
- Maintain documentation for reports, logic, and data sources
- Support audit and compliance-related reporting requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday Reporting
