Report Checker (From Background Verification Experience Only)
Salary: Up to ₹3.26 LPA
Experience: 1 - 3 years
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate background screening reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all data points (employment, education, address, criminal checks) are correctly documented and comply with client specifications.
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or gaps in reports and collaborate with report writers to rectify them.
- Maintain adherence to client-specific guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs) during the review process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address verification issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Uphold high standards of quality, confidentiality, and compliance in all report-checking tasks.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality targets while maintaining report integrity.
- Utilize internal tools and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage and track report review progress.
- Ensure timely feedback and completion of reports while managing multiple cases under tight deadlines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying quality trends and suggesting enhancements to the review process.
Desired Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in client servicing or quality control, preferably in background screening.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet/exceed targets while ensuring quality.
- Knowledge of background screening processes and compliance standards.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
