Job Title: Replenishment Manager
Department: Pharma Business
Reporting To: Head – Pharma Business
Role Summary
The Replenishment Manager is responsible for ensuring continuous product availability across warehouses and distribution points through effective replenishment planning, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination. The role focuses on preventing stock-outs, controlling inventory levels, and improving supply chain TATs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute replenishment of stocks across regional warehouse locations based on demand and consumption
- Raise and track Transfer Orders (TOs)
- Monitor stock levels, out-of-stock (OOS) risks, excess inventory, and expiry exposure
- Track TO-to-delivery TAT and escalate delays or deviations
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth receiving, GRN, and dispatch
- Coordinate with Finance on invoice issues, debit notes, and payment holds
- Prepare daily and weekly replenishment and inventory reports
- Drive process improvements to enhance service levels and inventory efficiency
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of replenishment and inventory management
- Hands-on experience with PO, ASN, GRN, TO, and DN processes
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in replenishment, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Experience in pharma, FMCG, or distribution environments preferred
