In this customer-facing role, you travel to client sites to install, maintain, and repair postage and mailing equipment. You lead system installations, diagnose technical issues, and perform timely repairs to ensure optimal performance. Alongside technical responsibilities, you build strong customer relationships by delivering clear communication, training, and high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and upgrade mailing equipment, including hardware setup and software configuration.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, performing efficient repairs to minimize downtime.
- Provide customer training and clear communication during installations, maintenance, and repair situations.
- Maintain tools, service equipment, and inventory of replacement parts to ensure readiness for field calls.
- Document service activities and escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with customers to deliver effective, tailored technical solutions.
