As the founder's executive assistant, you'll provide critical support to the leadership team, manage schedules, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is an opportunity to work directly with the founders and gain valuable startup experience.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage founders' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Track and follow up on action items from executive meetings.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements when required.
- Support HR activities including recruitment coordination.
- Act as a liaison between the founders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
