We are looking for a data-driven and creative digital marketing executive who specializes in performance marketing and paid campaign management. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive user acquisition, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize based on performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
- Identify new growth opportunities through data analysis and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with the content and design team to create high-converting creatives and ad copies.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Manage daily budgets, pacing, and delivery to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and tools.
- Support in developing digital marketing strategies tailored to B2B, B2C, and mobile-first audiences.
