Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Manages and coordinates all on-site contractor activities for compliance with the schedule and monitors and enforces compliance with Contract requirements; Implements the Project Construction Execution Plan.Monitors and reports on construction productivity and schedule performance to the Project Manager.Provides general oversight that project construction activities and engineering are in conformance with the project specifications and the Project Quality Plan.Instill a philosophy that quality & Safety is the responsibility of each individual employee and will emphasize personal accountability for quality execution of the work.Review all site procured materials for acceptance.Conducts weekly coordination meeting with contractors. Reports weekly schedule and commodity installation status to the Cluster Project Manager.Has full knowledge of the safety program and acts as the Safety Representative on site. Has general knowledge of all disciplines of construction and able to stand in for each discipline. Establishes the tool trailer list at the onset of the project. Resolves safety and quality issues with the safety and quality managers.Work diligently to develop a personal working relationship with stake holder and interact on a regular basis.Responsible for Timely completion of project and Handing over the project to AM Team.Liason with Local Govt. bodies. Profile and Eligibility Criteria A solar Site manager maximizes efficiency in the implementation of detailed project plans, keeping track of goals, tasks, resources, schedules, and contingencies. They are responsible for the quality of work, and for keeping a project on time and on budget. Solar installation managers identify the risk and mitigate them; develop systems to manage safety and quality assurance on site; coordinate with all stake holder like contactors, Site Team, vendors, and subcontractors; and monitor their work to ensure compliance with specifications, schedules, and budgets. They may also provide technical assistance to contractors, and report on progress to all concern stake holder. Qualification- Diploma / B. E./ B. Tech (Any Stream) Experience: 15-20 years Key Skills Familiar with Electricity laws, regulations, and guidelines. Expert at understanding geotechnical and topographical reports.Skills in Project Management, MS Office.
