Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Deputy Manager – IT Operations to provide end-to-end IT support to VIP users, including the CEO and senior management. The role requires deep expertise in Apple (macOS & iOS) and Windows environments, strong leadership skills to manage a 24x7 DSS support team, and the ability to deliver exceptional service with discretion, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

VIP & Executive IT Support

• Provide end-to-end, white-glove IT support for VIP users, especially the CEO and executive leadership team.
• Ensure high availability, optimal performance, and minimal downtime of Apple (macOS/iOS) and Windows devices used by senior management.
• Deliver exceptional levels of responsiveness, confidentiality, and professional conduct while handling sensitive executive interactions.

Team Leadership & Operations

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DSS engineers operating on a 24x7 shift model.
• Monitor individual and team performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Plan and coordinate shift rosters to ensure continuous and consistent support coverage.

IT Infrastructure & End-User Support

• Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations and end-user support activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Act as an escalation point for critical incidents affecting VIP users or business-critical services.

Events & A/V Support

• Coordinate and manage IT support for company-wide and leadership events.
• Ensure seamless setup, operation, and troubleshooting of AUDIO/VIDEO systems, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.

Apple Platform Expertise

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and expert-level support for Apple platforms, including macOS and iOS devices.
• Manage device lifecycle, security configurations, patches, and upgrades for Apple and Windows environments.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on expertise in Apple (macOS & iOS) and Windows ecosystems.
• Proven experience supporting CXOs and senior leadership with a high-touch service approach.
• Excellent people management, stakeholder communication, and escalation-handling skills.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes (ITIL preferred).
• High level of discretion, maturity, and problem-solving capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (Apple, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus.
