Exp.: 5 years to 7 years
• Recruiting candidates from respective target industries, business interaction, screening profiles and handling preliminary interview round, explaining job roles & responsibilities, maintaining candidates’ database.
• Follow the TA process, procedure and policies of the company. If in doubt, clarify with reporting manager before taking the action.
• Working knowledge of ATS. Operating experience and knowledge of job boards like Naukri.com & LinkedIn etc.
• Regularly interacts effectively with internal/external stakeholders for assigned business functions.
• Responsible for posting the job requirements on various platform via SuccessFactors and rolling out “Offer Letters”.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions. Engages with candidates to create Renew as ‘Employer of Choice’ in the industry.
• Manage special projects such as diversity hiring, source mix, recruitment drives, etc.
• Create Talent pipeline to proactively fulfill talent needs of hiring manager.
• Maintaining tracker of all the interviewed & offered candidates and follow-ups with candidates till joining.
• Create and present recruitment MIS on a weekly basis.
• Utilize the recruitment tools efficiently to create “Aha” moments for everyone involved in hiring process.
• Coordination of candidate’s travel, stay, relocation, etc.
• Strong negotiation skills and candidate handling skills.
