About the role

Renderbox Studios is a high-end 3D architectural rendering studio specializing in hyper-real exteriors, interiors, animations, and immersive visuals for custom home builders, architects, and developers. We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong architectural and ArchViz background to help manage workflows, timelines, quality control, and communication across multiple projects. Important — This Is NOT a 3D Artist Role You will not be creating 3D models or renderings. Your focus is project management, quality control, communication, and coordination. However, strong ArchViz knowledge is essential because you will be reviewing drafts, catching quality issues, spotting modeling/texturing problems, ensuring realism standards, and acting as an informed filter between artists and clients. Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Architecture (required) Strong working knowledge of Monday.com (required) Strong, practical understanding of ArchViz workflows (required) Needed for quality control, realism standards, and identifying technical issues Prior experience in an architecture, ArchViz, or design studio Excellent communication + organization skills Ability to work with teams in multiple time zones Must overlap with Eastern Standard Time (U.S.) Daily Schedule (3 Hours per Day) This role requires 3 consistent hours each day, Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM EST – 1 hour Daily check-in with our Europe-based artists: Review tasks Collect progress updates Identify missing references Clarify priorities Flag quality issues early 10:00 AM EST – 1 hour Internal RenderBox check-in with Ari + senior artists: Review current deliverables Align expectations Prepare client updates Ensure revision rounds stay organized +1 hour/day – Client Communication Send daily updates Follow up on missing files, design packs, and references Update Monday.com Maintain timelines & resolve bottlenecks Typical Workload (~10 active projects) Daily updates: 15–30 minutes per project Client communication: 2–4 hrs/week Internal coordination: 3–5 hrs/week Admin/organization: 2–3 hrs/week Total weekly commitment: ~15 hours/week Tools You Must Be Fluent In Monday.com (required) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet) Miro.com (boards + visuals) ArchViz comprehension is required for QC — familiarity with software like 3ds Max, Corona, V-Ray, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, or Unreal is highly valuable (even if you won't be using them directly). Compensation Starting rate: $20/hour Potential for raises based on performance.
