Total Compensation: $80k to $100k annually with top producers earning over $100k-120k + annually. Hours: Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM (CST) Responsibilities: Included but not limited to: Outbound and inbound sales communication Composing emails and text messages Offering additional products to existing customers Achieving performance goals: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis Participating in professional development and training Requirements: 2+ years of Insurance Sales Experience Have a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license in your state Ability to obtain non-resident licenses Have a stable and reliable internet connection Strong time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills A drive for success, coachable Bonus Points: Previous experience in a Captive Agency Additional Licenses Benefits: Health coverage Dental benefits Vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Life, disability, and critical accident insurance 401K (matching)
