Remote Human Resources Specialist

Remotive is looking for a Remote Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and everything in between. You will work closely with our People team to ensure that our distributed team is supported, engaged, and thriving. Responsibilities: - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding - Administer employee benefits and payroll - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures - Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters - Maintain accurate employee records and documentation - Assist with performance management and employee development - Coordinate team-building activities and events - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall people strategy Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a distributed/remote environment - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and proactively - Proficiency with HR software and tools - Fluency in English (written and verbal) - Commitment to Remotive's values and culture
