Role Description This full-time on-site role for a WordPress Developer is based in Sadar. The WordPress Developer will build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites that reflect CR International’s luxury brand identity and support business objectives. Responsibilities include developing custom themes and plugins, optimizing site performance, ensuring responsive layouts, and maintaining cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role involves collaborating with design, marketing, and production teams to implement content updates, integrate multimedia assets, and support e-commerce or portfolio features as needed. The developer will also troubleshoot technical issues, improve site security, and ensure a smooth user experience for international clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills for creating accessible, mobile-friendly WordPress interfaces.
- Web Design and Web Development skills to translate brand guidelines and creative concepts into functional website layouts.
- Back-End Web Development skills for customizing WordPress themes and plugins, managing databases, and integrating APIs.
- Proficiency with WordPress (core, themes, plugins), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with performance optimization, SEO best practices, and website security for WordPress environments.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects on-site in Sadar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
