Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for State Government clients across IT and Non-IT requirements.
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates through various job portals, networking, and databases.
- Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
- Review job descriptions, understand client requirements, and identify suitable candidates within tight timelines.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely submission of quality candidates with proper documentation.
- Negotiate pay rates and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Update and maintain recruitment trackers and ATS regularly.
Required Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
- Mandatory experience working with State Government clients.
- Experience recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with MSP/VMS portals.
- Knowledge of State procurement and hiring processes.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
