Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Remote Travel Manager role based in Gurugram. The Remote Travel Manager will handle end-to-end travel arrangements for clients, including researching options, booking flights and accommodations, and coordinating ground transportation and itineraries. The role involves responding to client inquiries, understanding travel preferences and budgets, and providing personalized recommendations. The individual will maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and changes, while ensuring compliance with company policies and supplier requirements. Daily responsibilities also include following up with clients before and after trips, resolving issues, and supporting sales initiatives to grow the client base and revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in travel management and travel arrangements, including planning itineraries and coordinating logistics.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Sales skills, including the ability to identify client needs, present suitable options, and close bookings.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Comfort with digital tools, booking platforms, and basic office software.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
