Job Description
Position: Mid-Level EUC (End User Computing) Engineer – Remote IT Support
Experience: 4–6 Years
Work Mode: Remote (PAN India)
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US EST Business Hours)
Notice Period: Immediate to 2 Weeks
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: IT Operations Manager
US English fluency and 4+ yrs with night shift convenience at priority
Solid Works or AutoCad is must
Role Overview
We are seeking a mid-level End User Computing (EUC) Engineer with hands-on experience supporting engineering or manufacturing environments. The role requires strong ownership of desktop support, endpoint lifecycle management, and direct interaction with US-based users.
Key Responsibilities
End User & Desktop Support
• Provide remote IT support to US-based users and manage issues end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 issues, applications, peripherals, and performance.
• Deliver professional phone and remote support with fluent English.
• Ensure timely ticket closure with proper documentation.
Engineering / CAD Environment Support
• Support engineering users using Solid Edge (current) and SolidWorks / Teamcenter (upcoming).
• Handle CAD-related desktop and performance troubleshooting.
• Manage print and plot support, including large-format plotters.
Endpoint & Device Lifecycle Management
• Manage endpoint imaging, provisioning, patching, and decommissioning.
• Perform endpoint scanning, patch deployment, and asset reconciliation using ManageEngine Endpoint Central or Intune.
• Support software installation, upgrades, and removal.
Microsoft 365 Client-Side Support
• Provide extensive Office 365 client-side support (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Support SharePoint site creation and Teams configuration (non-admin).
• Resolve client sync and profile issues.
Process & Compliance
• Follow structured IT processes and maintain compliance.
• Maintain accurate asset and endpoint records.
• Escalate issues appropriately while demonstrating ownership.
Mandatory Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience in EUC / Desktop Support roles.
• Experience supporting engineering or manufacturing users.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools.
• Strong Windows desktop troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent English communication for US-based support.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned to US EST hours.
• Immediate or short notice availability.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in CAD environments.
• Knowledge of large-format printers and plotters.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools.
• Strong documentation and process discipline.
