Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Remote Support Engineer located in Navi Mumbai. The Remote Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting system and operational issues, and assisting users in resolving technical challenges. The role requires a proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving technical problems efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience in providing Technical Support and Operating Systems expertise
- Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Support and Customer Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in IT support, remote support, or related fields is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous
