We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Spanish Chat Support Executives. In this role, you will assist customers via chat in Spanish , ensuring prompt, clear, and friendly communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and support requests through live chat in Spanish.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication at all times.
- Document interactions and update internal systems as required.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve response quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Spanish language proficiency: B1 level or higher (speaking, reading, and writing).
- English proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong typing and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Own laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
