The position

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Social Media Manager, joining our Communications team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive organic social media strategies aligned with company objectives and marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand brand reach
• Set social media goals and report on results, with an emphasis on continuous optimization and iteration
• Oversee crisis communication protocols for social channels
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Paid Marketing, Content, Brand Design, and other teams within Remote
• Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities for brand differentiation in the social space
• Lead social media campaign ideation and execution for major company initiatives and product launches
• Establish and maintain social media governance and best practices documentation
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences for B2B technology brands
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in social media metrics and reporting tools
• Strategic thinking with ability to align social initiatives to broader business goals
• Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Crisis management experience and strong judgment in sensitive situations
• Fluent English required, additional languages a plus

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $31,500 - $106,350 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
