Remote Sales Representative (Packaging Industry)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to join our growing team in the packaging industry. This role is ideal for someone who excels at lead generation, client communication, relationship building, and moving prospects through the sales funnel.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, organized, confident on calls, and experienced in handling B2B sales conversations. You will be responsible for identifying qualified prospects, educating them about our products and services, scheduling appointments with company directors, and helping onboard new clients.
This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, documentation, and the ability to close opportunities ranging from $5,000 to $50,000.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
* Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales channels
* Research potential clients and identify opportunities within the packaging industry
* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Client Communication & Sales
* Contact prospects and introduce company products and services
* Understand client requirements and business needs
* Educate prospects with company and product knowledge
* Filter and qualify leads before scheduling meetings with company directors
* Handle the first stage of the sales funnel and assist with onboarding new clients
* Build strong relationships and maintain professional communication with clients
* Confidently manage and close deals ranging from $5,000–$50,000
Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
* Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and company leadership
* Coordinate follow-ups and maintain timely communication
* Work closely with internal team members to ensure smooth client onboarding
Reporting & Documentation
* Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed documentation of all activities
* Track calls, emails, meetings, follow-ups, and sales progress
* Prepare daily updates and communicate consistently with the team
Requirements
* Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Proven experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
* Experience in the packaging industry or understanding of packaging products/services preferred
* Ability to work during US business hours
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable making outbound calls and sending daily emails
* Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
* Excellent organizational and documentation skills
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment
* Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
