Location: Remote (India)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
Office Time: 10AM - 6PM IST
Incentive Structure: Flat 0.2% incentive on converted business revenue
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Remote Sales Executive to pitch, engage, and convert leading D2C brands across India for bulk UGC content, AI videos, and performance-driven ad creatives. The role requires someone who is proactive with outreach, strong in communication, and capable of managing client relationships from lead generation to project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with D2C brands across India for bulk UGC, AI video, and ad requirements.
- Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, email outreach, and networking.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Pitch company services confidently through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Follow up consistently and nurture leads to closure.
- Become the primary point of contact (POC) for new clients and ongoing monthly projects.
- Coordinate with the operations and content team to ensure timely delivery of videos and campaign assets.
- Extract repeat business opportunities and upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of communication, proposals, meetings, and closures in CRM.
- Meet monthly sales and client onboarding targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in marketing, media, advertising, SaaS, or creative services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, negotiations, and client servicing.
- Experience using CRM tools, email communication, LinkedIn, and Apollo for lead generation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with ownership and accountability.
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
Mandatory Requirements
- Personal laptop and stable WiFi connection.
- Comfortable attending virtual meetings and handling clients professionally.
- CRM and email-friendly with organized workflow management.
