Remote ABM Executive - Atoz
We're hiring an ABM Executive to drive outreach and pipeline for Atoz across the US, UK, and Europe. Working directly with the executive team to find the right brands, build the conversations, and qualify real opportunities.
The global home furnishings industry is worth over a trillion dollars. It is also broken.
Margins have collapsed to 5.6%. Four out of ten products launched are dead within two years. Brands are making product decisions on trend reports, internal opinion, and factory feedback that's hopelessly compromised by the production incentive. Billions are spent every year manufacturing things the market never wanted.
Atoz is here to fix it.
We've spent the last 50+ years manufacturing for some of the most respected home furnishings brands in the US, UK, and Europe — building 250+ containers a month from our two factories in Moradabad, with 600 craftsmen and a 94% on-time delivery record across 20 active OEM programmes. We've seen, from inside the factory, exactly how and why product development goes wrong.
Now we're using AI and our manufacturing depth to build something nobody else in this industry can build — a product validation business that tells brands whether a specific product should exist, before they spend a dollar on sampling. The first paying engagement we ran generated a $350K manufacturing programme on the back of an 11-SKU validation. We're now scaling that model.

What you'll actually do:
- Research home furnishings brands and map their sourcing, product, and creative leadership
- Build a point of view on why each brand should care about Atoz
- Run intelligent outreach across LinkedIn, email, and Loom video — using AI tools heavily to do it at quality and scale
- Qualify hard on discovery calls and hand off cleanly to the executive team
- Operate the full sales stack
This isn't a role for someone who needs a script handed to them. We give you the strategy and the tools; you build the conversations.
What we look for: 2–4 years in a B2B sales, ABM, or business development role. You can hold a 30-second case for why a brand should care about something they think is already solved. Strong communication. Genuine hunger to experiment with AI tools. Clear thinking. The ability to do real research, not skim a website. Self-managed, on US-aligned hours (12 PM – 8 PM IST). Remote.
Compensation: ₹6–8 LPA fixed + ₹3,000 per qualified opportunity created. Top performers will earn ₹14L+ in year one.
