🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a US Healthcare RCM expert who is confident in client communication, product demos, and sales conversations. This is not a backend role — you will directly interact with clients and showcase our product (HealOS) to US healthcare providers.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle client-facing calls with US healthcare providers
- Give product demos of HealOS to potential clients
- Explain end-to-end RCM workflows (Denials, AR, Prior Auth, Claims, etc.)
- Understand client pain points and position HealOS as a solution
- Close the deals
- Build trust with clients through clear and confident communication
- Answer client queries related to medical billing and RCM processes
✅ Must-Have Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM
- Strong knowledge of:
- Denial Management
- AR Calling
- Claim Submission
- Prior Authorization
- Payment Posting
- Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
- Experience in US calling / voice process / client interaction
- Ability to explain RCM processes in a simple and structured way
- Confident personality with presentation/demo skills
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience in client demos / pre-sales / sales
- Worked with US doctors, clinics, or hospitals directly
- Exposure to any RCM tools or automation platforms
❌ Not a Fit If
- Only backend RCM experience (no calling/client interaction)
- Poor communication skills
- Not comfortable with sales/demo responsibilities
