The Role in One Sentence
You become the confident, articulate, on-camera face of a powerful platform, guiding sophisticated buyers (agency planners, brand growth leads, programmatic traders) to see for themselves how much control, speed, and ROI DCOBuilder unlocks versus their current setup.
What You’ll Actually Do Every Day
• Take warm inbound calls from leads who already engaged with our marketing (LinkedIn,
AdInnovationLab case studies, the demos gallery, Brand Equity coverage)
• Run crisp, high-energy 25 to 40 minute discovery and demo sessions
• Show, not tell, how DCOBuilder solves the exact creative-production pain points brands and
agencies feel in 2026
• Walk buyers through live templates from our 380+ gallery, the CMC console, and real campaign
case studies: JioHotstar, AJIO, World Gold Council, Reliance Digital, JioMart, McCain, Piramal
Finance, and more
• Let the product carry the weight. Your job is to frame the conversation, answer sharp technical
questions, and make the buyer feel “this is exactly what we have been missing”
• Qualify cleanly and hand opportunities to closers with crisp call notes, scope estimates, and pricing context
• Work in a flat, async, results-focused remote environment
The Profile and Mindset We Want
• Strong executive presence and natural charisma on camera
• Warm, articulate, confident spoken English
• Instant trust with senior buyers (agency VPs, brand CMOs, programmatic heads)
• Deep product belief and the poise to let the platform speak
• Polished on-screen setup (lighting, audio, framing matter at this level of buyer)
• Comfort with a SaaS sales motion, not an agency pitch motion. You are selling self-serve power,
not creative services Must-Have Experience and Skills
• 2 to 3 years in digital advertising, adtech, or programmatic (agency, brand, DSP/SSP, or SaaS)
• Proven track record running product demos and leading technical discovery
• Very strong spoken English: clear, warm, articulate, charismatic on video
• Genuine fluency in DCO, dynamic creatives, feed-based personalisation, cookieless targeting,
real-time optimisation, CTV, programmatic DOOH, and contextual signals
• Self-disciplined remote worker who thrives without daily hand-holding
• At least 4 hours per day overlap with target market business hours
Big Advantages (Nice-to-Have)
• Hands-on experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Meta Advantage+, Smartly, Celtra, Hunch, Innovid, Jivox, or Spaceback
• Agency background. You already know how painful the old way is
• Existing relationships with USA, UK, or European agency holdcos and independent shops
• Any European language (German, French, Spanish, Dutch are particularly useful)
• Comfort talking shop with creative leads as well as programmatic traders
