We're Hiring Remote Pilot Instructors (Small & Medium Category Drones)
MXV Aerospace Private Limited is expanding its DGCA RPTO (Remote Pilot Training Organisation) team and is looking for passionate and experienced Remote Pilot Instructors to train the next generation of certified drone pilots.
Position: Remote Pilot Instructor (Small & Medium Category Drones)
Location: MXV AEROSPACE PRIVATE LIMITED, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver theoretical and practical drone pilot training as per DGCA guidelines.
* Conduct flight demonstrations and hands-on flying sessions.
* Train students on flight safety, mission planning, regulations, and operational procedures.
* Evaluate trainee performance and maintain training records.
* Ensure compliance with DGCA standards and RPTO requirements.
Eligibility:
✔ DGCA Certified Remote Pilot Instructor (RPI) / Eligible to work as an Instructor.
✔ Experience in flying Small and/or Medium Category Drones.
✔ Good communication and training skills.
✔ Strong understanding of DGCA regulations and drone operations.
✔ Passion for mentoring and developing skilled drone professionals.
