In this pivotal role, you will oversee and streamline operational tasks, maintain global policies, processes, and workflows, and drive strategic goals while leveraging technology, data, and analytics. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a passion for leveraging technology and data to enhance our people processes and the employee experience. You will work closely with the Manager of People Operations and other key stakeholders to implement best practices, streamline processes, and leverage technology to advance our people operations.
