About the role
Analytical Factor is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning Specialist based in India to join our team in a full-time remote, long-term role.
Analytical Factor has deep in-house expertise in Oracle Demand Management and demand planning analytics. We are now looking to add hands-on Oracle Cloud Supply Planning expertise to complement our team and support international customers across implementation, enhancement, optimization, and post-go-live projects.
This is not a short-term project role. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our team, build deep knowledge of our solutions and customers, and become a long-term part of Analytical Factor’s Oracle Cloud Planning practice.
The selected team member will work closely with Analytical Factor’s internal team, customers, Oracle, and strategic implementation partners.
Responsibilities
Participate in business requirements and solution design discussions for Oracle Cloud Supply Planning.
Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning functionality.
Translate supply chain planning requirements into practical Oracle Cloud configurations.
Work with Supply Planning setup areas such as plan options, organizations, items, calendars, resources, sourcing rules, assignment sets, supplies, demands, pegging, exceptions, and related planning outputs.
Support demand-to-supply integration, including the use of approved forecasts as inputs to supply plans.
Support testing, data validation, CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Troubleshoot functional issues related to plan runs, demands, supplies, constraints, pegging, exceptions, and data quality.
Support FBDI templates, data loads, integrations, and validation of planning inputs where applicable.
Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, configuration notes, and user guidance.
Support training and knowledge transfer for business users.
Collaborate with internal consultants, technical teams, customers, Oracle, and implementation partners.
Help customers improve the adoption and business value of their Oracle Cloud Planning solutions.
Required experience
At least 5 years of relevant Oracle SCM or Supply Chain Planning experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning.
Experience participating in at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning implementation.
Ability to configure and support Supply Planning, not only provide general support, reporting, or data validation.
Experience with Supply Planning setup areas such as plan options, organizations, items, calendars, resources, sourcing rules, assignment sets, supplies, demands, pegging, exceptions, and planning outputs.
Experience with testing, documentation, UAT support, user support, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and business requirements.
Ability to communicate with business users and explain Oracle planning solutions clearly.
Strong written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with international teams.
Interest in a long-term role with the company.
Preferred experience
Experience with additional Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM or Planning modules, such as:
Oracle Sales and Operations Planning
Oracle Replenishment Planning
Oracle Production Scheduling
Oracle Demand Management
Oracle Inventory Management
Oracle Procurement
Oracle Product Information Management
Oracle Manufacturing
Oracle Cloud certification in a relevant SCM or planning module.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, FBDI, file-based integrations, or Oracle Cloud data migration.
Experience working with global implementation partners and cross-functional teams.
Experience delivering training and supporting business users.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud reporting, data structures, SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, or related tools.
Work arrangement
Full-time remote position based in India.
Long-term role with Analytical Factor.
Work closely with Analytical Factor’s Israel-based team.
Availability to work Sunday through Thursday, aligned with Israel business hours.
Occasional flexibility may be needed for customer meetings in other time zones.
