Remote Operations Generalist (India) — Remote, Full-Time
Remote Operations Generalists keep day-to-day workflows running for AI/ML data operations—coordinating intake, routing, production, QA evaluation, and delivery so labeling, RLHF, and content safety pipelines run on time with consistent quality.
What You Will Do
- Own queue operations: intake, triage, assignment, and escalation across projects
- Maintain and improve SOPs, playbooks, and annotation guideline compliance checks
- Track KPIs (throughput, cycle time, SLA/SLO adherence, QA pass rate, rework rate) and publish weekly reporting
- Coordinate with project leads, QA reviewers, and workforce partners to hit delivery timelines
- Support quality loops: sampling plans, defect taxonomy, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Run stakeholder updates, risks/issues logs, and change management for shifting requirements
Required Qualifications
- Mid-Senior experience in operations, program coordination, or delivery management for remote teams
- Experience with ticketing/queue systems and structured reporting
- Strong written communication for distributed stakeholders
- Comfort working with high-volume production tasks and QA processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting data labeling, QA evaluation, or content review operations
- Familiarity with RLHF workflows, prompt evaluation, or LLM evaluation concepts
- Vendor management, workforce planning, and capacity forecasting experience
- Process improvement and metrics design (continuous improvement)
Work Environment
This is a Remote, FULL_TIME role designed for India-based candidates working with globally distributed teams.
