Remote Office Secretary
(Full-Time Remote Freelance Role)

We are looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy and proactive Remote Office Secretary to support the directors of a group of companies in United Kingdom with day-to-day administrative, communication and coordination tasks.
This is a full-time remote freelance position working for a Dubai-based company that provides services to UK companies. The successful candidate must therefore be comfortable working in line with UK business hours.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
9:00am to 6:00pm (UK time)
The role is varied and fast-paced, and would suit someone who is dependable, professional, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
Main responsibilities include:
• Reviewing and organising incoming post, emails and WhatsApp messages/groups that require action
• Following up on tasks and instructions from directors
• Drafting professional emails and correspondence
• Communicating with different departments within the company and with external parties
• Representing the directors professionally online and over calls/messages
• Assisting with general secretarial and administrative support on an ad hoc basis
• Managing and working across various online platforms and systems
• Helping ensure important matters are tracked and actioned promptly
Candidate requirements:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong email drafting and communication skills
• Very good computer knowledge
• Comfortable using platforms such as Google Sheets, Google Drive, Microsoft Office and other online systems
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage priorities efficiently
• Professional, polite and responsive
• Must have access to a laptop/computer and a stable high-speed internet connection
• Previous administrative, PA or secretarial experience preferred
Travel requirements and benefits:
• Travel to the UK once every year for meetings/training (all company expenses covered)
• Travel to New Delhi at least once every 6 months for meetings (all company expenses covered)
Compensation:
• Salary between Rs 30,000 – Rs 40,000 per month depending on experience
• Additional annual bonus of Rs 4,000 payable at the end of every completed 12-month period
Please note that the annual bonus is only payable upon successful completion of a full 12-month period. If the engagement ends before completion of the 12 months, whether due to resignation or termination, the bonus will not be payable.
