About the role

This is a remote position. URGENT HIRING: Dynamics 365- Functional Consultant (PERMANENT REMOTE POSITION) We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into system configurations. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, configuring Dynamics 365 applications, providing user training, and supporting successful implementation. The consultant will play a key role in optimizing business processes through Dynamics 365 solutions. Key Responsibilities: Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for Dynamics 365 applications. Analyse business needs and translate them into functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Design and configure Dynamics 365 applications (e.g. Sales, Customer Service and Marketing) to align with business needs. Develop and document functional specifications, workflows, and business processes. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) from a high-level overview, and validate solutions to ensure they meet business objectives. Collaborate with testers, technical consultants and developers to define and implement necessary customisations. Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption of the system. Assist in data migration, system integration, and deployment strategies. Continuously monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry best practices. Skills & Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Marketing solutions across multiple organisations. Strong understanding of business processes across various domains (e.g., Dynamics CRM – Sales & Customer Service). Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 configuration (e.g., workflows, forms, dashboards, security roles). Hands on experience with Power Automate Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI & Power Apps) is a plus. Knowledge of Dynamics Deployment Process is a plus Familiarity with data migration, system integration, and reporting tools. Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-300, MB-310, MB-900) are desirable. Why Join Us?
