Wing Legal is a professional services firm based in the UK, founded by two experienced lawyers with backgrounds at Magic Circle and international law firms, and Universities of Oxford and Cambridge. We specialise in supporting some of the world’s leading investment funds with their day-to-day legal documentation needs.
Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced lawyers to join our team in various roles, including Associates, Senior Associates, and Managing Associates. Your primary responsibility will be negotiating and reviewing routine legal documents, such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and engagement letters, for large US and UK investment funds, particularly in the private equity sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Associates: Focus on negotiating and reviewing NDAs and engagement letters.
- Senior Associates: In addition to reviewing, you will manage a remote team of 10+ associates and document reviewers, ensuring timely and high-quality output, as well as providing feedback.
- Managing Associate: Oversee the work of Associates and Senior Associates, responsible for ensuring that all deliverables are on time and conform to our clients’ high expectations. They would also be responsible for training Senior Associates and Associates and supervising their learning and development.
