Job Role
We are seeking a high-energy, Sales-Driven Admissions Counsellor based in India to join our remote team. Your primary goal will be to engage with aspiring students and successfully enroll them in our partner international colleges.
This is a 100% commission-based role—ideal for a self-motivated professional who wants an uncapped earning potential based directly on their conversion success.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Engagement: Proactively reach out to and counsel students on international study options, visa requirements, and course selection.
- Lead Conversion: Manage the end-to-end admission funnel from initial inquiry to successful enrollment and fee payment.
- Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with students and parents to ensure trust and high conversion rates.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly referral targets to maximize your payout.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in international education counselling or overseas admissions.
- Sales Mindset: A result-oriented approach with the ability to "close the deal."
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and English communication skills.
- Setup: Must have a reliable internet connection and a professional remote working environment.
