The Big Picture

Our Data & Analytics team sits at the core of PulsePoint’s ability to deliver data-driven insights to our clients and internal stakeholders. We are looking for a Sr. Data Analyst to support enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives by developing scalable BI solutions, building data-driven insights, and enabling enterprise clients and internal teams to make informed decisions.

This role will focus on building analytics and reporting solutions that integrate data across PulsePoint, Medscape, and WebMD, delivering clear insights for enterprise clients and supporting both pre-sales and post-sales analytics initiatives.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop enterprise-ready analytics and BI deliverables that combine PulsePoint, Medscape, and WebMD data to provide clear and actionable insights for enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain client-facing dashboards and internal reporting solutions using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to analyze large datasets and generate insights that support client reporting and campaign performance analysis.
  • Partner with sales, client services, and analytics teams to support pre-sales and post-sales initiatives, including preparing quantitative pitch materials and validating measurement approaches.
  • Translate business and client requirements into scalable data workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Analyze campaign and platform data to identify performance trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure accurate data pipelines, data models, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Suport ad-hoc analytics requests and client reporting needs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized reporting frameworks and measurement methodologies for enterprise clients.


What You’ll Accomplish

  • Deliver high-quality analytics and reporting solutions that enable enterprise clients and internal teams to make data-driven decisions.
  • Build scalable BI frameworks that improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.
  • Support enterprise sales and client teams with quantitative insights and measurement frameworks.
  • Strengthen PulsePoint’s ability to provide enterprise-grade analytics across PulsePoint, Medscape, and WebMD data ecosystems.



What You’ll Bring to the Table (Required Qualifications)

  • 4–6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles
  • Strong experience writing complex SQL queries and working with large datasets
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and business recommendations
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, analytics, product, and client services
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with programmatic advertising, adtech, or healthcare data
  • Experience with BigQuery, GCP, or distributed query engines
  • Familiarity with Python or scripting for data analysis
  • Experience supporting enterprise client reporting or measurement frameworks


COMP STRUCTURE & BENEFITS:

  • Comp structure: fixed (inclusive of PF, Gratuity, and a 25k INR medical premium) + a target annual bonus that is approximately 5% of the gross annual earnings. Note that we don’t offer stock options.
