Note: This role is exclusively for freshers with no professional experience, students, and those transitioning into HR.
At Xavirgin, we don't just manage tasks; we manage the talent that powers our global platforms. We need a proactive leader to manage our remote R&D team and bridge the gap between operations and engineering.
What You’ll Do:
Operations: Lead daily standup meetings and manage IT operations for the R&D team.
Talent Management: Handle the full lifecycle—from onboarding new talent to offboarding.
Recruitment: Schedule and conduct interviews and manage meeting coordination.
Performance: Track daily attendance and identify low-performing team members for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Status: Students, fresh graduates, or career switchers (0 years professional experience).
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership potential, and highly organized.
Mindset: A disciplined professional who can manage remote teams and enforce accountability.
Selection Process:
Technical/Process Round: Candidates will undergo a dedicated interview regarding HR operations and management scenarios.
Final Selection: Internship offers are provided based solely on your performance during the interview process.
Internship Details:
Type: Unpaid / Remote.
Duration: 90 Days.
Commitment: 4 Hours per day.
