Role Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and communication-oriented Executive Assistant Intern to work directly with the Founder’s Office. This role is ideal for candidates who want practical exposure to business operations, leadership coordination, HR processes, communication management, and startup ecosystem building.
The selected candidate will assist in daily executive coordination, scheduling, communication handling, reporting, recruitment support, and operational management activities. The role offers direct exposure to leadership-level business operations while contributing to the development of a rapidly growing Career Lifecycle Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
• Coordinate communication through email, calls, and WhatsApp
• Support recruitment and interview coordination activities
• Maintain reports, documentation, and operational records
• Assist in business coordination and founder-office operations
• Support ongoing ecosystem-building and operational initiatives
• Handle administrative and organizational tasks efficiently
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in daily operations

• BBA / MBA / BBM students or graduates
• BA English / Mass Communication candidates
• HR / Management background preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply
