We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be the primary voice for our healthcare client, assisting US-based patients and providers with their inquiries.

Role Overview
- Engagement Type: Contract
- Schedule: 7–8 hours per day (Shift timings will align with US business hours)
- Location: Remote (Work from anywhere in India)
- Compensation: ₹160 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Voice Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing patient concerns, scheduling, and billing inquiries.
- Patient Advocacy: Provide empathetic support while navigating complex healthcare queries.
- Data Management: Accurately document all interactions in the CRM and healthcare management systems.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient data privacy standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following technical and professional criteria:
- Language Skills: Exceptional spoken English with a neutral accent and clear articulation (this is a voice-heavy process).
- Healthcare Knowledge: Prior experience or strong knowledge of US Healthcare systems (Insurance, Claims, HIPAA, or Medical Billing) is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be able to commit to a full 7–8 hour shift daily.
- Technical Setup:
- A reliable laptop or desktop running Windows 11.
- High-speed, stable internet connection (Fiber/Broadband preferred).
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- A high-quality noise-canceling headset.
