𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote CCTV Monitoring Executive to monitor live CCTV footage for a manufacturing factory from a work-from-home setup.
The selected candidate will be responsible for observing factory operations in real time and preparing reports regarding productivity, discipline, and operational efficiency.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Monitor CCTV camera feeds during working hours.
• Identify and report worker misconduct or policy violations.
• Track worker productivity and attendance on the work floor.
• Report excessive breaks or extended idle time.
• Monitor unauthorized mobile phone usage during work hours.
• Identify idle machinery, production delays, or operational inefficiencies.
• Prepare daily reports and summaries for management review.
• Escalate any unusual incidents or safety concerns immediately.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Personal computer or laptop with multiple monitor capability preferred.
• Strong observation and attention to detail.
• Good written communication skills for reporting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, manufacturing supervision, or quality control is preferred but not mandatory.
This is a full-time remote position suitable for candidates who are disciplined, observant, and comfortable monitoring live operational environments for extended periods.
