About The Role
In this role, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models (like ChatGPT) using your strong analytical and English comprehension skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks, conduct research online, validate claims made in content through online research, and work with the LLM (Large Language Models) to solve puzzles. The projects will also help you learn how to leverage AI to be a better analyst. This is your chance to future-proof your career in an AI-first world!

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or undergraduate in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field. We are open to candidates who do not have a Bachelor's degree but have relevant experience.
- Experience in professional writing such as business analysis, research analysis, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, or translation.
- Understanding of Excel and Google Suite tools.
- Proficiency in data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic.
- High proficiency in English reading and writing with excellent comprehension skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide detailed and constructive feedback with annotations.
- Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable technical setup including a desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Answer a variety of analytical questions by creating scenarios that help train and improve large language models.
- Analyze data such as sales distributions across locations, identifying growth patterns and variability factors.
- Simplify complex content by breaking down large texts into logical, manageable segments.
- Conduct online research to validate claims and gather relevant information to enhance model training.
- Work collaboratively with AI teams to fine-tune models based on your insights and feedback.
- Develop and articulate explanations for model errors, contributing to the continuous improvement of AI systems.
- Participate in iterative testing and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI outputs.
- Maintain detailed records of your work, annotations, and feedback to support ongoing model development.
