About the Role
We are seeking an innovative, data-driven AI-First Marketing Manager to lead and scale our B2B SaaS marketing initiatives by leveraging AI tools, automation, and modern growth strategies. This role is ideal for a marketer who deeply understands SaaS customer journeys, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and AI-powered execution across content, campaigns, analytics, and operations.
You will be responsible for designing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies that accelerate pipeline growth, improve customer acquisition, and optimize retention while integrating AI into every aspect of marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive B2B SaaS marketing strategies focused on:
- Lead generation
- Demand generation
- Brand positioning
- Customer retention
- Product marketing
- Build scalable growth systems across inbound, outbound, paid, organic, and partner channels
- Align marketing initiatives with revenue, product, and sales goals
AI-Driven Marketing Execution
Implement AI tools for:
- Content generation
- SEO optimization
- Paid ad performance analysis
- Customer segmentation
- Personalization
- Predictive analytics
- Marketing automation
- Continuously identify new AI technologies to improve marketing productivity and efficiency
- Automate repetitive workflows across email, CRM, social, and campaign reporting
Content & Demand Generation
Lead creation of:
- Website copy
- Email campaigns
- Sales enablement materials
- Case studies
- Webinars
- Landing pages
- Thought leadership
- Optimize marketing funnels for MQL, SQL, and ARR growth
- Manage SEO, SEM, paid social, and ABM strategies
Performance & Analytics
Own marketing KPIs including:

- Churn reduction
- Use data and AI insights to continuously optimize campaigns
- Build dashboards and reporting systems for executive leadership
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Establish repeatable SOPs and scalable marketing infrastructure
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
Proven success in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing
Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools such as:
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- Google Analytics
- ChatGPT
- Jasper
- Semrush
Zapier
Strong understanding of:
SEO/SEM
