Senior Software Engineer, DevEx

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our DevEx team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the backend infrastructure and services that power our platform. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our systems. Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure backend services and infrastructure - Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and other backend components - Optimize and improve the performance and reliability of our systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address user needs - Mentor and guide junior engineers, and contribute to the growth of the engineering team Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices - Proficient in one or more backend languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js) - Experience with building and deploying distributed systems, microservices, and APIs - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
