About the Role As a Senior Program Manager for the Remitly Business team, you will help shape and scale our business payments platform. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and loves building from the ground up. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Analytics to deliver seamless, secure, and compliant customer journeys. You'll turn complex compliance requirements into simple customer flows and scale our new product while protecting our customers and Remitly. This role is based in Seattle, WA. You will - Lead programs from ideation to launch, working with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations to support Remitly Business. - Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into scalable, intuitive customer experiences, defining KYB/KYC/AML processes and working with engineering to ship efficient solutions. - Proactively find and address risks related to fraud, chargebacks, and compliance, using data and trends to continuously improve controls, monitoring, and escalation paths. - Create dashboards and alerting mechanisms to monitor key business and operational metrics, drive weekly reviews, and inform the product roadmap. - Set and evolve operational processes, including SOPs, SLAs, capacity planning, and escalation paths, with a focus on continuous improvement, automation, and customer-centricity. - Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and growth by facilitating clear communication, driving cross-team alignment, and help Remitly Business scale efficiently in new markets. You have - 5+ years of program/project management, with a background in FinTech, payments, or highly regulated, global environments preferred. - Strong data fluency: experienced in defining metrics, building and interpreting dashboards, and using data to drive program decisions and improvements. - Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives, managing dependencies and risks, and influencing outcomes across teams. - Experience balancing customer experience with business risk - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across diverse teams.
