Title : Java Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end application development, from requirement gathering to deployment.
Design and implement highly scalable, secure, and reliable applications.
Engage in full-stack development (front-end and back-end) as needed.
Provide hands-on guidance in developing high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize code, and ensure performance tuning across applications.
Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with architects and other technical leads to ensure alignment with the overall technical roadmap.
Develop unit tests, integration tests, and oversee end-to-end testing.
Ensure applications are tested and debugged before release, ensuring robust and reliable software.
Explore and implement modern tools and frameworks to enhance productivity and improve development workflows.
Identify areas for process improvement, providing technical solutions to increase efficiency.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Expertise in Java; experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other relevant technologies.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like Angular).
Strong understanding of application architecture and experience designing scalable applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
