Job Description
This position is primarily responsible to provide data management and technical reporting services to Honeywell Global Remediation Services. Should have strong understanding of the fundamentals of environmental remediation and have working knowledge of SPO, Excel, and DBMS. Candidate should be proficient with technical writing; exhibit independent thinking skills, and are able to work successfully in a team setting.
Responsibilities
'* Verification of Chain of Custody , Methods and Lab Sample Receipt
- Verification of field data and update correctly to Honeywell approved Environmental database
- Maintain integrity of field and analytical data pursuant to corporate and project guidelines
- Perform validation of the Lab Result (Electronic Data Deliverable) to the appropriate level ( Level II, III, IV) as per the site requirements in conformance to US EPA / State guidelines / Validation requirements.
- Provide need based analytical data in a excel/cross tab format to the requestor from Honeywell Databases
- Prepare data tables and graphs in excel or similar for reports
- Assist with technical writing
- Develop Data Quality Evaluation Reports and Supporting documents for regulatory submittal
- Periodic update of the Site and Partner level QAPP documents
- Periodic verification of Automated Validation Settings in Environmental Portal Database.
- Supply required settings for new sites/methods for Automated Validation
- Optimize the ‘Setup Data ’ settings in Environmental Portal Database
- Provide clearance for Laboratory Invoice approval
- Periodic update of Program SOPs.
- Provide summary metric of performance (TAT , No of issues,..) on a quarterly basis
- Review analytical data tables generated for accuracy.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2+ years of experience in environmental remediation
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, remediation techniques, and best practices.
