PM Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects assigned.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle any large project assigned by theVice President.
- Managethe project plans and drive the plans to execution.
- Manages all aspects of the process including budget development, the bid process, projectacceptance, quality of work including warranty response, schedules, and financial reports.
- Plansand coordinates projects withcustomers, staff,contractors,andapplicable parties.
- Establishes andmaintainscourteous and cooperative relations with staff, departments,vendors, andcustomers,including providing clear communications toappropriate parties.
- Explain implications of changes to project scope and/orobjectivesto the client and to theproject team.
- Create orparticipatein the creation of project documentationlike SOPs.
- Establish andmaintaina usable and well-communicated schedule for all phases of aproject.
- Determineproject roles of team members based on project requirements,timeframes,and budget.
- Determineresource requirements (including staffing, software, hardware, and facilities) ofrequirements, highqualityand acceptance.
- Responsible for formalsignoff on all projectdeliverables; this will often includecoordinating input and involvement from stakeholders.
- Ensure project meets internal and customer expectations with respect to quality, budget,delivery timelines, and strategy.
- Identify, track,manage,and mitigateriskson specific customer engagements.Escalate theseissues when necessary to ensure minimal impactonquality, budget, and timeline.
- Work with applicable parties to ensure customers achieve an understanding ofexpectations,deliverable, dependencies, risks, progress and the bright worksdevelopment process.
- If needed, create customized reporting for the customer or team to secure sign offon deliverable or documentation.
- Communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines,milestones,and other keyproject metrics to customers and team members.
- Track and report weekly on percent completeand duration to complete, and other key project metrics.

- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Calendar.
- Ability to learn all software systems used throughout the company.
- Ability to work independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring, and/or ongoing projects.
- 3-5 Years of Project Management experience
Education:
- High school diploma orequivalent
