What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales & Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of existing business clients — mostly within construction, engineering, and demolition — helping them succeed while growing your own accounts and commissions.

You’ll be the go-to expert for your clients, building lasting relationships, solving challenges, and spotting new opportunities to add value.


Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Handling inbound queries and resolving client issues swiftly
  • Managing and nurturing your own book of B2B accounts
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients get a 5-star service
  • Using HubSpot CRM to track performance and opportunities
  • Supporting new client onboarding for a smooth transition
  • Meeting (and smashing!) your retention and revenue goals


What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 2–5 years of Sales and account management experience
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results
  • A self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven remote role
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Bonus: Experience in waste management, construction, or logistics



Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible, Remote)
  • Regular virtual team check-ins & leadership support sessions
