The Role: Account Manager (Remote)

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, customer-obsessed Account Manager ready to take ownership of a high-value portfolio. You’ll be the driving force behind maintaining and growing relationships with clients, primarily in the construction, engineering, and demolition sectors.

This role is 100% remote, but you’ll never feel disconnected—with regular team meetings, leadership check-ins, and plenty of opportunities for collaboration.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage & nurture an existing portfolio of key B2B clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Be the go-to person for client inquiries—resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account value.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships by deeply understanding client needs and business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and updates via HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Leadership) to deliver top-tier service.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth start.
  • Consistently aim to hit and exceed monthly revenue and retention targets.



What You’ll Bring:

  • 2-5 years' experience in B2B account management.
  • A natural ability to build strong client relationships and communicate clearly.
  • Proven track record of juggling multiple client accounts while achieving revenue goals.
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for solving problems before they arise.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Bonus points if you have experience in waste management, construction, or logistics—but not essential.
