Job Type: Full-Time (9 hours, Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities-
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage employee onboarding to enhance workforce development.
- Maintain and update HR databases, payroll, and employee records.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
- Provide support in performance management and assist in resolving employee concerns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
