Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Reltio MDM Solution Architect / Specialist to design, implement, and manage scalable Master Data Management solutions using the Reltio platform. The candidate will be responsible for building robust data architecture, integrating enterprise systems, and ensuring high standards of data governance and quality across domains such as Customer, Product, and Supplier.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture Design
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable Reltio MDM solutions aligned with business and enterprise data strategies.
- Design master data models for domains such as Customer, Product, and Supplier.
- Define integration patterns, data flows, and security frameworks for enterprise environments.
API & Data Integration
- Design and implement integrations between Reltio and various upstream and downstream systems.
- Utilize Reltio REST APIs, event streaming, Kafka, Pub/Sub, and ETL tools for data exchange.
- Integrate with platforms such as SnapLogic, Snowflake, and Data Lakes to enable seamless data movement.
Reltio Configuration & Implementation
- Configure and manage Reltio components, including:
- Data modeling (Entities, Relationships, Hierarchies)
- Match and merge rules
- Survivorship rules
- Data validation rules
- Stewardship workflows
Data Governance & Data Quality
- Define and implement data governance frameworks and policies.
- Establish and monitor data quality standards and stewardship processes to ensure accurate and trusted master data.
Technical Leadership
- Translate business data requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams on Reltio implementation best practices.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of Reltio environments.
Documentation & Support
- Prepare architecture documentation, technical design documents, and implementation guides.
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) platform.
- Expertise in data modeling, match & merge, survivorship, and stewardship workflows.
- Experience with REST APIs, event streaming, Kafka, Pub/Sub, and ETL tools.
- Hands-on experience with SnapLogic, Snowflake, and data lake integrations.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale MDM architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise data environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern data architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
